I'm having issues with logging in to the platform.

If you receive an error with your username or password and you can’t fix it, please get in touch with us via contact@essma.eu so we can help you further! You can also try accessing the platform via a different desktop browser (preferably Google Chrome) and not via a mobile device.

How can I join an online ESSMA event?

Why is the livestream not working?

The livestream will only be available from the start of the event itself. Prior to the day, you’ll see the message ‘This event hasn’t started yet’.

If you’re having issues on the day of event itself, try accessing the platform via a different desktop browser (preferably Google Chrome) and not via a mobile device.

How can I edit my account details?

Go to your profile picture and click on ‘account settings’. In your account setting you are able to:

  • Edit your username in Account
  • Reset your password
  • Update your privacy settings
  • Update your e-mail and platform notifications
  • Connect your LinkedIn profile.

I forgot my password.
